Wayne County Domestic Relations Court Addresses Coronavirus Threat
The Wayne County Domestic Relations Court issued orders addressing the Coronavirus threat. The orders are as follows in addressing the impact COVID-19 has had on our court system:
Due to recent guidance from the Ohio Governor’s Office and the CDC regarding the need for precautionary policy implementation, the Wayne County Domestic Relations Court shall modify your scheduled proceedings pending before the Court.
Unless otherwise notified by the Court, all currently scheduled temporary orders hearings, status conferences, and pretrial hearings will be conducted via telephone. Each party shall email the appropriate magistrate a contact number in order to be reached for the Court to initiate the call. The contact information shall be provided at least 2 hours prior to the hearing. Failure to do so will result in the matter being rescheduled. Again, if you are advised otherwise, please follow the appropriate procedures.
Please remember it is your responsibility to keep the Clerk of Courts informed of any address or phone number updates.
Please check for updated information at waynecourts.org for further updates.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this uncertain time.
