Until further notice issues from this Court:
- Parties and counsel are hereby ordered, to the fullest extent practicable, to conduct all civil pretrial conferences (under Loe. R. 26(C)(1 ) and Loe. R. 29 (8)) and all criminal pretrial conferences (under Loe. R. 36(C)(1)(a) and (b)) telephonically, and in accordance with the provisions of the Local Rules governing telephonic pretrial conferences.
- Parties appearing without an attorney (i.e., appearing pro se) are directed to insure that they have provided to the Clerk of Court, and that they include on all documents filed with this Court, the required cell phone or other telephone contact information. (See Loe. R. 10(8).)
The Local Rules already authorize such telephonic conferences.
